Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hairloom.com with your order number, photos, and a detailed description. Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Hairloom reserves the right to refuse any claims made beyond the stated timeframe. 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on location: - U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days - International Shipping: 7–14 business days 

Hairloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Hairloom is not liable for lost or stolen items.
